Our Story

We stand for unfiltered love for food and people. We take care of the food which stores and wholesalers do not sell and we process these into beautiful flavors and dishes. We think smartly in terms of utilizing surplus food, as well as using traditional cooking and preservation methods. Everything can be used.

In collaboration with Kompass & Co's youth program, we also create jobs for young people who somehow fall outside the ordinary school and labor market. The youth receive training in the circular economic principles when it comes to excess food and food waste issues. This gives them a competence within the green shift. Many believe it is impossible to make money from having a triple bottom line as a business model. We believe this is a prerequisite.
